1. Simply RIGHT click on the link to the file you wish to download.
2. A Popup Menu should appear*.
3. Select 'Save As'.
• Example pictures: Internet Explorer Netscape Navigator
• Note: If downloading a Program Update, then save the file as a text file.
4. Your Web Browser should then prompt you for a directory (or folder) in which to download the manual.
5. Select a location and click on 'Save'.
6. Your Web Browser should then begin to download the file.

* This may vary depending on which Web Browser you are using. (Netscape or Internet Explorer are recommended)
